L'instruction n° 001/GR/2026 du 23 avril 2026 relève le taux de rapatriement dans la CEMAC des devises des entreprises extractives, paiements en nature compris, à 50 % à compter du 1er janvier 2027 et à 70 % à compter du 1er janvier 2028 ; les sommes affectées aux fonds de réhabilitation des sites n'y sont pas soumises. Les autres exportateurs de produits miniers suivent l'instruction n° 006/GR/2019 : domiciliation avec engagement de change pour les exportations hors CEMAC d'au moins 5 millions de FCFA, sauf dispense (articles 1er, 6, 13 et 18).",
