Document checker
Check that a commercial invoice, a certificate of origin or a packing list shows the mentions expected by customs before you file your application.
For registered operators
The checker is available to operators with a verified account. You upload a document, the tool reads its text and lists the mentions found and missing, with an explanation for each one.
- Choose the document type: commercial invoice, certificate of origin or packing list.
- Upload a PDF or an image (JPG or PNG) of 5 MB at most.
- Review the mentions found and missing and correct your document if needed.
The file is deleted as soon as the check is over, unless you choose to keep it in your space. Images are read directly in your browser.
Information: Verification assistance: not a validation by an authority
The result relies on an automatic reading of the document text. It replaces neither the review by customs nor that of the authority issuing the document.
