What is counted
- A page view is the display of a public page of the site. Search engine robots, the management area, the API and technical files are not counted.
- Searches are recorded in a normalised form (lowercase, 100 characters at most). A search that looks like an email address or a phone number is not kept. Only terms searched at least 3 times over the period are published.
- A guided path is counted when the personalised list of procedures is displayed. A question to the assistant is counted as answered when the answer cites at least one source.
- No IP address, no account identifier, no measurement cookie and no browser information is recorded. Raw events are deleted after 90 days; only daily and monthly totals are kept.
- The current month is partial: it covers the days elapsed up to the last consolidation.
Each series can be downloaded as CSV from the Options menu of its chart.
