Overview
Léon Mba International Airport, in northern Libreville, is Gabon's main airport and falls within the Libreville customs area. The airport website reminds travellers that arrivals and departures are subject to Gabonese customs rules: officers may ask travellers to account for certain items, and purchases beyond personal use must be declared and taxed under article 172 of the customs code.
