Decree creating the Mpassa-Lebombi special investment zone
Summary
This decree creates the Mpassa-Lebombi special investment zone (ZIS) and organises its operation. The zone is intended for industrial, commercial and service activities. It is open in particular to the processing and export of wood and agricultural products, services linked to activities in the zone, the manufacture, assembly and storage of finished products from processing, as well as natural resource processing and power generation. Companies located there fall under a specific regime distinct from ordinary law, in line with the special economic zone approach.
