Summary

Law No. 005/2023 is the initial finance law for the 2024 fiscal year, promulgated in early 2024. It authorises the collection of State taxes and revenues and sets State expenditure. According to a summary published by a Gabonese analyst, it sets State expenditure at CFA francs 2,729,690,273,240 and provides for financing capacity of CFA francs 2,568,851,281,920.
