Ordinance on freight traffic management (BIETC)

This ordinance governs the management of freight traffic for domestic and international trade in the Gabonese Republic. The Gabonese shippers' council (CGC, Conseil gabonais des chargeurs) relies on it for the electronic cargo tracking note (BIETC), an electronic data exchange document on freight shipments, completed online with access codes supplied by the CGC.
