Meeting on 13 February 2025, the Council of Ministers adopted the creation of the National Autonomous Road Maintenance and Investment Fund (FANEIR), tasked with financing the construction and maintenance of the national road network.
The Council of Ministers of 22 January 2025 created an agency dedicated to the green economy, authorised a 98,393,550,000 CFA franc loan from Cargill and approved an 8.5 MW gas-fired power plant in Mayumba under a public-private partnership.
