In the public limited company (SA) creation circuit described by ANPI-Gabon's digital investment desk, a notary draws up the articles of association, the incorporation minutes and the notarised declaration of subscription and payment (DNSV), which certifies that the capital has been paid up. These deeds are then added to the creation file sent to the partner administrations.
