National Investment Promotion Agency of Gabon
Overview
The National Investment Promotion Agency of Gabon (ANPI-Gabon) is the entry point for project promoters and investors. It runs the one-stop shop that centralises company creation formalities: the file, submitted on the digital investment desk (GNI), passes through partner administrations, which register the deeds with the tax office, issue the RCCM number (trade and personal property credit register) at the court registry and the NIF (tax identification number) at the tax directorate, and register the company with the CNSS and CNAMGS social funds. At the end of the circuit the agency hands over a single registration form. It also promotes the country to foreign investors, organises business missions and supports companies after they settle. Its offices are in the Serena Mall building in Libreville.
