A sole proprietorship lets a person run a commercial activity in their own name. The owner's personal assets and the business assets are not separated, and liability is unlimited. Registration is done online through the ANPI-Gabon digital one-stop shop, with lower fees than for a company.

Copy of the sole trader's marriage certificate, requested depending on the matrimonial regime.

Prior authorisation issued by the supervising administration for regulated activities, for example in health or education. It is only required when the activity is subject to it.
